In 2014, owner Robert L. Bigger saw a growing need for higher standards and more dependable service in the HVAC industry. Drawing from his technology background, he made a strategic move into heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, applying the same attention to detail and forward-thinking approach that defined his earlier work.

Over the next 11 years, Robert worked alongside industry leaders, gaining hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation. That experience shaped the way we do business today, focused on efficiency, modern solutions, and doing the job right the first time.

In 2025, Bigger Technology Solutions officially became BTS Mechanical, a name that better reflects who we are and the services we proudly provide. Our unique background allows us to approach every HVAC project with care, precision, and a commitment to comfort you can count on.
